Refund & Returns Info

• All Pre-Modded Controllers are issued with a 90-Day Hardware Warranty. This does not cover user abuse of the product.


• All Send-In-Services come with a 90-Day Parts Warranty. This does not cover user abuse of the controller.


• If there is a problem with your product once the warranty has expired we will offer to repair your product but there will be a charge.


• We offer a 7-Day Money Back Guarantee on all our products. The product must be un-used and in it's original packaging. You will be liable for the return postage costs.
• Your warrenty will be void if the warrenty sticker on the back of the controller is removed or damaged.
